2530p_-6-500x331

Business executives require a notebook that can take care of their daily plans, emails and spreadsheets with efficiency. I would not say HP Elitebook 2530p is a new innovation in a preexisting series of notebooks, but, yes it does possess the looks and power of a new-gen notebook. Its anodized aluminium scratchproof body can withstand a 70 kg weight. The 12.1 inch widescreen display has crisp and bright characters on exhibit. You get an edge –to-edge keyboard that is comfortable to use. For old schooler’s, HP has also provided a touch paint along with the touch pad , which can be turned off if you don’t want to use it.

HP has added many features to this notebook. Fingerprint reader, file and drive encryption, you name it, the machine has it. It also has a special application known as file sanitizer. This shreds a selected file from the system, a good feature should you want to sell the notebook and don’t want your data accessed. You can also quickly access your mail from Outlook with HP Quicklook 2 app without starting the PC.

Samsung

Samsung Memoir T929 is the latest release in the market and has gained popularity in a very short period of time. It is the most advanced mobile phone released by Samsung so far. It has the greatest looks all stylish finish which makes it very attractive and eye catchy. Samsung Memoir has a touch sensitive large screen with an excellent display quality but sometime a lag is seem to occur between the actions and hones response. This lag can be very annoying for business class users. Samsung Memoir T929 lacks Wi-Fi which makes it un-fit for business purposes and the web browser provided for GPRS navigation is also very slow making the job of the browsing difficult. The most advanced and key feature of Samsung Memoir t929 is its 8 mega pixel camera which can provide you with high quality images and videos which matches the standards of a digital camera. There are several shooting modes which can provide different artistic styles of images. On the whole Samsung Memoir T929 is a mobile well suited to the camera freaks.

If you believe in flaunting your phone and can’t afford the likes of Vertu, Aura or Nokia’s Arte, then this phone is for you. US-based company XFone is the latest one to join the luxury phone race – but its price leaves a little change in the pocket for you.

Crafted using black leather on the back, the rim on the front panel is nicely done with 24 carat gold plating and precious stones. Although the flashy looks manage to draw attention, it’s the functioning that is proof of the pudding.

So, hidden below the designer looks is a cell phone with basic multimedia features. The 2 MP camera snapped decent images but the audio on the music player, though loud, was not pleasing. The keypad was handy for texting, but the sound reception during the calls lacked clarity. However, the addition of a Bluetooth headset and a 2GB memory card made it a package deal. The XFone Royal is more of jewels and less of phone.
